"I am heavily into Hi Fi equipment and I luckily found Arizona TV Works as a repair business to maintain and fix my equipment. I brought in an Esoteric SACD player that needed help and it was repaired saving me hundreds of dollars from sending it to the west coast repair facility.

I needed some custom installation work done in my home. It was a heavy steel turntable wall mounted platform. James, the owner came to my house and did fine work fortifying the wall braces to accommodate such a heavy shelf. The job was done excellently and James really showed his adept carpentry skills.

I would recommend Arizona TV Works to anyone requiring repair on electronic equipment and classic Hi Fi gear. I'm glad I found them!"

James then did a complete install of a needed home receiver in our home theatre which fixed the audio issue. He also then re-installed our universal remote with the new receiver. "Was getting tired of rising Cable 1 prices, dropped them spent the morning looking for antenna's from Best Buy, Walmart, and Home Depot. Was not finding anything available for pickup. Recalled an add in one of the local mailers for a server to advise and install antennas in Prescott. Looked and found the add. Being Sunday, I called expecting to leave a message. James answered saying he just stopped by the office and answered the phone by habit.

Not only did he he take the time to talk me out of wanting a motorized antenna, he recommended the one the thought would be best, then said he would wait for me to come pick it up.

We installed it the way he advised. After eliminating the duplicated channels, shopping and religious, we got 30 channels with higher definition, better quality than Cable One.

"I have a pair of vintage speakers I love that stopped working. I called to get them worked on. James came out to my house and fixed them. "I took my vintage 1975 Pioneer SX-950 stereo receiver to Jim because, well...it needed help. "Wow - these guys are awesome. I'm a vacuum tube junkie - I have guitar amps and HIFI tube amps. I just rebuilt my tube monoblock (VTA M125) amp and had a major failure right after. I was at the point where my skills were exhausted - I didn't have the test equipment, knowledge on how to test caps etc - so I decided to try James at TV Worx. He immediately pointed out a big bloated cap and found some failed resistors. He then was able to test my vacuum tube stash which helped me to eliminate bad shorted tubes (I was hoarding old tubes.) I now have someone in Prescott that can test my tubes and that is a big deal. Pricing was awesome - and my confidence very high. I highly recommend them for all your electronics - guitar amps, tube amps - TV etc."
